You know I have to go through the piles of paper to see which is
a duplicate and sort it out
And great, they didn't give me a copy I think they lost it in
the piles of unnecessary paper they faxed me
well wat done have been done... might as well make the most of
it... 
ahh... I do understand... Back then when I'm in SGH always the
same thing... I have to go over, show them... and guess wat? 1 week
later it's back to the same wrong thing -___-
